BI Azospirillum

Specific and compatible bacterial strain of Azospirillum produce many phytohormones (gibberellins, cytokinin and auxins) and vitamins and these help better seed germination and plant growth. Azospirillum can fix atmospheric nitrogen in soil by reducing nitrate and enhance mineral uptake after colonisation at the rhizosphere of plants (home within roots for the bacteria to grow and multiply). The association with Azospirillium promotes the elongation of plant roots.
